Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All orders are custom printed at the time of the sale and inspected before being packaged for shipment. All sales are final.

Refunds

As a policy, no refunds will be given.

In the rare event your item is damaged during shipping, please contact the shop within 48 hours of receipt of item. The shop will guide you on submitting a damage claim. Once your claim has been reviewed, the shop will advise you on whether you claim has been accepted.

In the event your claim is accepted, your damaged item will be replaced with a new item at no cost to you.

In the event your claim is denied, the item is yours to keep and no refunds or store credit shall be issued.

No refunds will be considered past this 48 hour window.

Returns and Exchanges

As a policy, no returns or exchanges will be granted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact the shop within 48 hours of receipt of item. No returns or exchanges will be considered past this 48 hour window.
